Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings under the oversight of a registered nurse. Support patients with tracheostomy or ventilator needs while maintaining clear communication with clinical leadership. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and required TB testing. Complete the 2-hour DOEA-approved Alzheimer's training course. Work flexible shifts with access to a preceptor program and CEU credits. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus based on eligibility criteria discussed during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
