Job Summary
Supervise, assess, and coordinate nursing care for residents in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments per physicians' orders while performing comprehensive assessments as assigned. Interpret existing policies for nursing assistants, restorative aides, residents, families, and physicians. Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate care delivery and initiate corrective action when resident concerns or family/physician reports arise. Maintain a current, unencumbered license free of disqualifying findings.
