Job Summary
Oversees medication distribution per physician orders, ensuring adherence to medication management documentation and resident safety. Develops personalized service plans to support resident independence and dignity, facilitates communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and families regarding physical, mental, and social well-being, contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, and participates in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
