Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support geriatric residents across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include insulin and medication administration and supervision, medication supply management and cart maintenance, recording and reporting vital signs, processing medication re-orders, dressing and grooming assistance, and reporting health status concerns. Requires active LPN licensure, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Prior geriatric experience preferred; basic computer skills required. Location: Prospect, KY with on-site responsibilities; residency within the operating state is a condition of employment. Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR / AED certification
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain First Aid certification
- Prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred
- Basic computer skills
