Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents in long-term/subacute care; administer medications; follow infection control practices; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; identify and report changes in residents’ conditions; document and communicate care plans; supervise others when appropriate under state nurse practice act and facility policies; maintain patient confidentiality; shifts available: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; full-time role with a $1,500 sign-on bonus; walk-in interviews and AHCA background screening required.
Required Qualifications
- LPN licensed by the State or Multistate License
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
