Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide admissions, discharges, and transfers; administer medications; follow infection control and center policies; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes; identify and report changes in residents’ condition; supervise nursing personnel in selected scenarios in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility procedures; deliver care for long-term or rehabilitative residents; maintain documentation and equipment knowledge; participate in care planning and ensure resident rights and confidentiality. Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required. Competitive benefits include shift differentials (nights/weekends), health/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and more. CPR certification required; two years of nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
