Job Summary
Provide direct patient care, implement clinician-initiated care plans, and ensure accurate documentation consistent with the State Nurse Practice Act. Assess patients and educate families on diagnosis and care plans while coordinating home health services by reporting needs to the clinician, OT, PT, MSW, ST, and Dietician. Use equipment and supplies effectively, participate in personal growth, and perform other duties as assigned by the Registered nurse. Requires a current Pennsylvania LPN license, CPR certificate, two years pediatric experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedules available with competitive pay up to $36.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR Certificate
- At least two years experience working with pediatric patients
- Compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates good organizational skills
