Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to long term care residents; administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately; complete accurate charting and documentation; collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team; support resident safety, comfort, and quality of care. 13-week contract with full-time night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM), 5x8hr shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Location: Finger Lakes Region, NY (Geneva).
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- BLS
- Previous Long Term Care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC setting
- Strong medication administration and patient care skills
- Flexible with weekend and holiday scheduling
