Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) needed to deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, discharging residents; conducting daily rounds; medication administration; monitoring care provided by unlicensed staff; and maintaining confidentiality of resident information. Emphasis on safety and a compassionate, resident-centered approach within a family-oriented environment. Requires current LVN/LPN licensure in the state; strong communication and organizational skills; basic computer proficiency. Nice-to-have: SNF experience, direct nursing care for multiple residents, memory/behavioral care experience, and experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
