Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders; monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments; collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans; cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and rehabilitation goals; participate in a tuition reimbursement program and ongoing professional development. LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification required; 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred; rehabilitation experience preferred. Night shift, full-time opportunity at Encompass Health in Knott, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
