Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include verifying physician orders, developing care plans, conducting routine rounds, preparing residents for admission or discharge, instructing residents and families, supervising C.N.A.'s, administering medications, and assessing resident needs. The role requires a current Wisconsin LPN or LVN license and CPR certification. Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is beneficial but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN)
- Must be certified in C.P.R. or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months
