Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Campbell Street is responsible for delivering high-quality routine care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities include conducting focused assessments, participating in the development of resident care plans, implementing nursing interventions, and ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations. The LPN will actively monitor residents' health statuses and communicate changes to the RN. Essential skills include leadership, resilience, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing for the state in which the facility is located
- Current License as a Practical Nurse for the state in which the facility is located
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
