Job Summary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic nursing care to residents under registered nurse supervision. Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and implement interventions while documenting care according to established policies. Support resident independence, dignity, and comfort by assisting with activities of daily living and providing emotional support to families. Manage clinical workload, prioritize tasks, and participate in care planning and multidisciplinary reviews. Maintain facility resources, ensure safe equipment use, and uphold continuous quality improvement initiatives. Work full-time in our nursing homes in New Brunswick, with a focus on continuous education and adherence to Work Safe NB regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be entitled to work in NB as an LPN
- able to transfer their licence to NB
- new graduates are welcome
