Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect patients for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options, including PRN shifts, and includes daily pay and no overtime requirements.
