Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in an Inpatient Rehab Hospital setting. Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, assist with mobility/ADLs, track vital signs and neurological status, document progress to guide care planning, and educate patients and families about recovery milestones and self-care. Collaborates with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Requires LPN/LVN licensure and BCLS certification (within 30 days of start date).
