Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in an inpatient rehab hospital administers medications and treatments, monitors responses, assists with mobility and ADLs to support therapy goals, tracks vital signs and neurological status, documents progress for care planning, and educates patients and families on recovery milestones and self-care. Works closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver high-quality, individualized care to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness or injury.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
