Job Summary
Conduct rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents while preparing and administering medication charts and treatments. Consult with physicians and communicate with the director of nursing and staff to carry out assigned duties in accordance with federal, state regulations, and company policies. Requires a current Indiana LPN license in good standing with a minimum of two years of long-term care nursing experience. Part-time night shifts available with excellent pay, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Indiana
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Good judgment
- Problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Part time nights
