Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct patient care, develop individualized care plans, and implement them for residents. Document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant standards. Float throughout the unit to assist wherever needed and promptly complete incident reports for any falls or injuries. Maintain current Pennsylvania practical nursing license, CPR and First Aid certification, and 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience. Work full-time in a serene 32-bed private care facility with high staff-to-resident ratios.
