Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health visits in Naples, FL. Provide high-quality care to home health patients in the patient’s home or facility, working closely with physicians, RNs, and the clinical team to improve patient outcomes. Requires LPN licensure in FL, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and IV certification; 1 year of nursing experience with home health experience preferred.
