Job Summary
LPN - Home Health (PRN) provides licensed practical nurse services for residents receiving Home Health care at The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL. Responsibilities include performing scheduled visits as assigned by RN Case Managers/DON, responding to unscheduled/emergency calls, triaging and directing appropriate actions (including 911 when needed), supervising HHA/CNA activities, providing teaching to clients and families, reporting concerns to Case Managers/DON, and participating in Quality Improvement activities. Requires Florida LPN license, CPR, minimum two years in home health or related facilities, background check, drug screen, and adherence to vaccination status policies. Required Qualifications
