Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's treatment plan. Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team. Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes promptly. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities at a 188-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Highland Park. Candidates receive same-day pay, shift differentials, and sign-on bonuses ranging from $6,000 to $12,000.
