Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the New Castle, DE area. Provide extensive training to families and the care team during initial weeks of homecare. Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, with required NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience. Work in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team. Earn $45-$50 per hour with a $3k sign-on bonus, working full-time or part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
