Job Summary
Deliver quality skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home in the New Castle, DE area. Provide extensive training to families and the ongoing care team while managing one-on-one patient interactions. Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care within a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team. Requires a current LPN license with at least one year of verifiable experience, including NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent background. Full-time and part-time scheduling available with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and $45–$50 hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
