Job Summary
HICU Health Services Hospital at Home LPN needed in the Pittsburgh, PA area to deliver pediatric skilled nursing care at home. Work as part of a hospital care team to transition infants and young children from hospital to home, providing one-on-one care, family training, and ongoing support. Responsibilities include infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, caring for patients at home, and contributing to a collaborative team environment with weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. Eligible for full-time or part-time scheduling with competitive pay and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and nurse referral bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab)
