Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Assisted Living unit. Responsibilities include executing medication orders and other medical orders, coordinating with MD/family and health care services; supervising medication aides and caregivers; daily rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional status; ensuring nursing care aligns with physician orders; assessing staffing needs and developing resident care plans; providing input to Unit Manager for care planning; performing generalized Charge Nurse duties. Requires valid LPN license; strong bedside manner and communication; knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations. Full-time shift 3pm–11pm; Hackettstown, NJ.
