Licensed Practical Nurse (Hawthorne)

Job Summary
Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and administer medications as ordered by the provider. Perform specific nursing procedures within the scope of practice, assist with examination procedures, and deliver immunizations. Coordinate patient care by triaging telephone calls and walk-ins, while promoting wellness through patient education. Accurately document all interventions, responses, and medication dispenses in medical records, and maintain quality control records per company procedures. Prepare and clean assigned exam rooms daily. This full-time position (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-6:30 pm) requires a current valid Florida LPN license and strong communication skills.
