Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting by administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies. Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift. Full-time roles require 30+ hours per week with every-other- weekend rotation; part-time positions offer flexible scheduling. Active Illinois LPN license and accredited nursing program graduation are required, with long-term care experience preferred.
