Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting by administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans while collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies. Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift. Requires an active Illinois LPN license and ability to work every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work every other weekend
