Licensed Practical Nurse

Conduct physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability for plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring confidentiality and managing donor injuries or adverse events. Provide donor education on general health and counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program and assist in staff training. Perform evaluations of illness history and medications to maintain donor eligibility. This role supports Grifols' mission to improve global health through plasma-derived medicines and transfusion solutions.
