Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, PA. Provide hands-on care including administering medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records and shift reports; ensure infection control and safety protocols; offer emotional support and advocate for patient needs during rehabilitation. Flexible shifts available with various overnight and day-time slots; competitive hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- Active PA state LPN license
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience: at least one year of relevant field experience
