Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clinton, MD. Provide medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation and collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records including medication logs and shift reports; ensure infection control and safety protocols; and provide emotional support and advocacy for patient needs during rehabilitation. Flexible shifts available (evenings, nights, and day shifts) with 30-minute breaks; active MD LPN license and BLS certification required; minimum of one year of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Licensure: Active MD state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience is required.
