Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed for shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Mifflin, PA. Responsibilities include administering medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitoring and documenting patient conditions and vital signs; assisting with care-plan implementation and collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educating patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintaining accurate clinical records; ensuring infection control and safety protocols; providing emotional support and advocating for patient needs during rehabilitation. Requires PA LPN license, current BLS, completion of an accredited LPN program, and at least one year of experience. Flexible per-diem shifts available (evening and night shifts listed).
Required Qualifications
