Job Summary
Per-Diem LPN needed to administer medications, wound care, monitor patients, document vitals, and assist with care plans under RN supervision at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Manchester, MD. Flexible scheduling with shifts including 11:00 PM–7:00 AM EST/EDT, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST/EDT, and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EST/EDT; 30-minute breaks. Requires completion of an accredited LPN program, active MD LPN license, current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, documenting progress, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate records, ensuring infection control and safety, and providing patient advocacy in rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
