Job Summary
LPN contract-per diem position in Rising Sun, MD offering flexible shifts (evenings and nights) at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments under RN supervision, wound care, monitoring patient conditions and vital signs, documenting progress, assisting with care plan implementation, educating patients/families, maintaining clinical records, ensuring infection control and safety, and providing emotional support within a rehabilitation setting. Requires active MD LPN license, BLS, and one year of experience; shifts include 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with 30-minute breaks. Required Qualifications
- Active MD state LPN license
- BLS Certification
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
