Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic under supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed provider. Supports patient care delivery through clinical assistance, documentation in the EHR, and adherence to established clinical protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities include obtaining and documenting vital signs and patient histories, assisting with examinations and routine procedures within LPN scope, administering medications and injections as permitted by licensure and clinic protocols, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining infection control and clinic workflow, and ensuring HIPAA/privacy compliance. Requires active LPN license in the assignment state and BLS/CPR as required by facility; credentialing and onboarding processes apply.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license valid in the assignment state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification, if required by the client facility
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinic-based healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start date
- This position is subject to all client and solicitation requirements, including verification of licensure, background screening, immunization compliance, and completion of facility onboarding prior to assignment
