Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Laurel, MD. Flexible shifts available: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EDT, with a 30-minute break. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records; ensure infection control and safety protocol compliance; provide emotional support and advocacy for patient needs during rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Licensure: Active MD state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
