Job Summary
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision while monitoring and documenting patient conditions, vital signs, and progress. Assist with care plan implementation, educate patients and families on recovery goals, and maintain accurate clinical records including medication logs and shift reports. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies while providing emotional support and advocating for patient needs during rehabilitation. Complete credentialing to start immediately with flexible per-diem shifts available from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, earning $29.54 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Active PA state LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- At least one year of relevant field experience
