Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Old Bridge, NJ. Flexible shifts available (3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST/EDT and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EDT) with a 30-minute break; 1099 contract role with hourly pay of $34.52. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation; educate patients and families on post-treatment care; maintain accurate clinical records; ensure infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support patient outcomes and quality of life.
