Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse position in Penns Grove, NJ offering flexible shifts (11 PM–7 AM and 7 AM–3 PM) at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision; monitor vital signs; document progress; assist with care plans; educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records including medication logs and shift reports; ensure infection control and safety protocols; provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs during rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Active NJ LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- At least one year of relevant field experience
