Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse position at Rehabilitation Center in Lutherville Timonium, MD. Flexible shifts available: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EDT or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EDT; all shifts include a 30-minute break. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records and shift reports; ensure infection control and facility policy compliance; provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs during rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Licensure: Active MD state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
