Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orwigsburg, PA. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor patient conditions and document vital signs; assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records and ensure infection control and safety protocols. Flexible shifts available (11:00 AM–7:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, etc.). Requires PA LPN license, current BLS certification, and at least one year of related experience. Competitive hourly rate of $29.54 with 1099 per-diem arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Licensure: Active PA state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience.
