Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cherry Hill, NJ. Flexible shifts available including 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EDT. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educate patients and families on post-treatment care; maintain accurate clinical records; ensure infection control and safety compliance; provide emotional support and advocacy during rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Licensure: Active NJ state LPN license and current BLS Certification
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience
- Soft Skills: Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
