Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed for shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Smethport, PA. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs; assist with care plan implementation; educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records; ensure infection control and safety compliance; provide emotional support and advocacy for patients during rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Licensure: Active PA state LPN license and current BLS Certification
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience
