Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed to provide medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring under RN supervision at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Flexible shifts available including nights and days; 1099 contract through Greenlife Healthcare Staffing; competitive hourly rate of $30.24/hr. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, documenting patient conditions, assisting with care plan implementation, educating patients and families, maintaining clinical records, ensuring infection control and safety, and providing emotional support to patients during rehabilitation. Requirements: PA LPN license and current BLS, 1+ year experience; completion of an accredited LPN program. Location options: Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Licensure: Active PA state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience.
