Job Summary
Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse needed for shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, PA. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor vital signs and patient conditions; assist with care plan implementation; educate patients and families on post-treatment care; maintain clinical records; ensure infection control and safety; provide emotional support and advocate for patients during rehabilitation. Flexible per-diem shifts available across multiple time slots with breaks included; opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Licensure: Active PA state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience.
