Job Summary
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision while monitoring and documenting patient conditions, vital signs, and progress. Assist with care plan implementation, collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians, and educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals. Maintain accurate clinical records, ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols, and provide emotional support and advocacy during recovery. Requires current NY State LPN license, 1–2 years in an ambulatory setting, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Full-time schedule with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate from an accredited practical nurse program
- Current NY State LPN license and registration
