Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Observe and monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments; support rehabilitation goals; cultivate meaningful relationships with patients; and contribute to a compassionate, person-centered care environment. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
