Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, performs as a licensed caregiver with responsibility for residents/patients for a shift. Provides nursing care through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the resident’s/patient’s plan of care; ensures safety and adheres to Center policies; may supervise nursing assistants. Requires LPN license in state, CPR certification, ability to calculate drug dosage, and English proficiency; uses supplies/equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart) and demonstrates basic computer skills. Wages up to $41/hour based on experience with an additional $3 differential for NOC shift. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, life insurance, and paid time off. Location: Marshfield, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the State as an LPN
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
