Job Summary
Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, perform as a licensed caregiver assuming responsibility and accountability for assigned residents or patients throughout the shift. Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the resident's plan of care while adhering to state standards and center policies to maintain safety. Supervise nursing assistants' performance and manage the environment using necessary supplies, equipment, and medication carts. Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the State as an LPN
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
- Able to calculate drug dosage
- Meets all health requirements imposed by law
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications
