Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position available at Lancaster Health Services. Wages up to $38.50 per hour based on experience; evening shift; full-time/part-time/casual options across all shifts. Under RN Unit Manager or DON supervision, the LPN/LVN performs licensed caregiver duties, coordinates and evaluates the resident’s plan of care, ensures safety, and supports nursing assistants. Requires active LPN license in the state, CPR certification, ability to use medical equipment, drug dosage calculations, health compliance, and strong communication with residents and staff. Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the State as an LPN
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
- Able to calculate drug dosage
- Meets all health requirements imposed by law
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English. Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications
